At last a genuine distress signal from my end. My mentally challenged condition of bipolarity surfaced in 1993 when I was a junior engineer. Furthermore, I managed to pull on with this profession and cleared my certificate exams held on to mercantile marine chief engineer(Motor-India) till now. Presently with my way of thinking, or can I call it my righteousness, I am at sea, literally without a job. Please let me know if anyone out there who can help me out.
